Julie Taymor directs Tim Rice and Elton John's hugely successful stage adaptation of Disney's animated film has won six Tony Awards and nominated for eight Olivier Awards and is selling-out theatres the world over. Synopsis:
The Lion King tells the story of the epic adventures of a young lion cub named Simba as he struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood and his destined role as king.
