ABOUT THE ROLE OF ACCOUNT MANAGER
For the right candidate, this will be a great opportunity to step into a growing company. This role consists of providing client management and administrative support to the clients of SAF. This position oversees day-to-day client management, scheduling, internal and external communication. In addition, the Account Manager will execute and develop the digital communication for SAF’s clients and the calendar of Director of company. The Account Manager maintains a high-level awareness of client activities, key dates, and social trends, has detail-oriented project management skills and professionally communicates with key client contacts.
In this role, the Account Manager is the air traffic controller across the fast-paced business development. They will create and implement systems that can support our team and keep the current and new business feeling super awesome.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT, CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
Work with the account leads in managing & executing daily client communication.
Manage invoices, billing and expenses for the company.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external client related meetings and calendars.
Organize the timing, creation and completion of client presentations, pitches, weekly updates, content calendars, digital insights, recap documents and reports.
Communicate with internal creative team about schedules, development and deliverable deadlines.
Liaise with appointed advertising agencies, PR firms, agents, managers, etc. to track key dates, milestones, appearances, events, etc.
Ensure digital assets are completed and approved for posting.
Work with cast, creative and crew to execute content for key platforms.
Produce after-hour initiatives (e.g. live tweets, testimonials, influencer nights, first preview/opening night coverage, etc.).
Organize on-site support during video shoots and other show related events.
Manage contractors and interns working on specific show projects.
Oversee that producers and freelancers have a clear pathway to achieving the goals
Manage internal and client feedback in a timely manner.
Under the direction of the creative, collaborate on the digital strategy, creative development, and execution of SAF and client campaigns.
Coordinate and participate in creative brainstorms
Ensure all SAF and Client social channels are up-to-date with the most recent artwork, photography, copy, and approved posts in conjunction with the Community Managers.
Remain culturally sensitive and aware to ensure client content is on top and ahead of social trends.
Ideate and create various graphic and video assets, as needed.
At least one year of account management, marketing management, or relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in communication, advertising, marketing or relevant field.
Strong computer skills in both MS Office (Excel is a must), Mac OS X and Google Drive. (Basecamp a plus)
A passion for and a knowledge of social media platforms.
Must be able to problem solve on the fly and quickly adapt to changes in projects and client goals.
Must have excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritize.
Must be comfortable with working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary.

This is a contracted full-time position at a growing start-up.
Salary is from 45k commensurate with experience.
Our office is located in Union Square in New York.
