Simple Studios is looking for an assistant manager to work 16 - 24 hrs. per week.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting both the General Manager with any tasks and adminstrative duties as required. These may include booking clients, invoicing, data entry, spreadsheets, and helping to maintain the cleanliness and working order of the space (i.e. seeing when something is dirty or broken and knowing who to contact and follow up with to get it fixed).
-Assisting the Business Owner as needed with whatever tasks he may have.
-Working during certain busy hours when the manager is not in: potentially busy weeknights and some weekends. You must have availability for these in order to be considered.
-Some social media, including making graphics and ads for Facebook and Instagram and potentially making changes on our website as needed.
Candidates will ideally have experience in rehearsal space business and have ideas on how to grow awareness in the arts community of Simple Studios and its offerings, including its brand new Podcast room.
First round of interviews with the General Manager will be scheduled for the week of January 15th, with a potential hire date by the end of the month after a final interview with the Business Owner.
