They do this by approaching every interaction with positivity, a genuine smile, and a passion for making people happy. Customer Happiness Associates use their contagious energy and enthusiasm to leave a lasting great impression.

Essential Responsibilities
- Assist customers in a happy, positive, genuine way all of the time
- Engage with passerby, smiling and making eye contact
- Neatly pack and bag all orders
- Maintain up-to-date and thorough understanding of all Baked by Melissa products and promotions offered
- Check store emails, responding to and relaying information with appropriate urgency
- Escalate difficult questions and concerns to supervisors as needed
- Maintain 100% accuracy when using the POS system and handling money
- Ensure store is kept sparkling clean
- Complete opening and closing checklists, always seeking to set the next shift up for success
- Additional duties as assigned
