Capacity Interactive (CI) helps the arts industry flourish by partnering with leading cultural institutions to help them build audiences, engage community, and market smarter.
We’re looking for Digital Marketing Interns to join the CI team.Responsibilities:
Complete Capacity Interactive University (CIU) – the same in-depth training program we use to onboard full-time staff on the foundations of digital marketing.
Learn and practice the fundamentals of digital marketing strategy, supporting consulting teams by completing actual client work. No coffee runs here!
Become an expert in digital marketing platforms and tools (including Facebook Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (display, search engine marketing (SEM), YouTube), Google Analytics (web analytics), Google Tag Manager (tag management), SEO and reporting tools.
Observe current and prospective client calls and meetings, providing exposure to high-level communications with non-profit arts organizations.
Gain insights into the exciting non-profit arts and culture world, as well as the unique operations systems that help our consulting firm run every day.
Collaborate closely with the smartest and most fun team of arts and data nerds around!
Passionate about the arts and the non-profit space and want to apply your marketing skills to mission-driven work.
A sense of humor.
An undergraduate or graduate student, but early career professionals or career-changers are most welcome!
Strong writing and communication skills.
Highly motivated and pay close attention to detail.
Flexible – willing and able to take on new projects and tasks.
Comfortable working both on a team and individually.
An affinity for numbers and an aptitude for working with them.
Distinguished by an inquisitive nature and a desire to learn.
