The Capital Roundtable, America’s leading conference company for the middle-market private equity community, is looking for a full-time -- Conference Production Manager
The role requires impeccable attention to detail, solid writing skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven, collaborative, fun environment. The manager helps to track all the logistics of the production team, invite speakers, as well as work closely with the marketing and business development group.
You should have a minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experience -- preferably in conference or event production but will consider marketing or PR logistics, project management, or media logistics, etc. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and be super smart! Ivy League types are welcome!
We’re seeking a very organized person with excellent writing and proofing skills, great on the phone, poised in person, lots of intellectual curiosity, and with mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities include --
· Collaborate with conference team
· Proofread conference materials
· Support producers in speaker recruitment
· On-site at conferences, help manage logistics
