· Oversee all events and lead the events team
· Coordinate setup, furniture moves and F&B to ensure smooth service
· Full Working Knowledge of:
o All menu items
o Food allergens and diet restrictions
o Pricing and extensions in order to upsell
· Focus on creating a great guest experience in order to ensure guest satisfaction and potential upselling
· Handle payments seamlessly via TripleSeat iPad for any extensions, upgrades, or add-ons day of event
· Charisma and are super detail oriented
· 1-3 years of experience in a related field
· The ability to lead a team and handle lots of moving parts at once
