Job Description Jujamcyn Theaters is looking for an Assistant to support the Executive Department
Responsibilities Use independent judgment and discretion to maintain the Executive office including calendar management, arrange appointments/meetings/catering, set up theatre tickets, submit insurance claims and expense reports, receipt organization, general filing, handle incoming mail and phone calls, coordinate travel plans, create travel itineraries, script/reading coverage, research projects and other various tasks as they may arise.
Qualifications At least 1 year of experience supporting a Senior Executive, Producer, Director, or other professional, preferably in a creative or entertainment company. Passion for theatre and knowledge of the industry is pertinent.
A self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize work assignments and manage tasks through to completion. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, work well under pressure, and be adaptable to various competing demands. Strong verbal communication, writing, editing and proofreading skills. Attention to detail is a must. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and social media channels.
