Executive Producer's Assistant


Maximum Entertainment Productions, the office of Eva Price, is seeking an Executive Assistant to begin in the first half of 2018.

This role is to assist in the day-to-day operations at the office of a Producer of Broadway, off-Broadway, national tours, regional theatrical and live events.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to maintaining daily schedule, project calendars, field phone calls and maintain and organize files; prepare information and presentation material for meetings; book and manage travel.

The ideal candidate is one who first and foremost has a passion for theatre, has up to 3 years experience in a theatrical producing office and understands a current Who’s Who of the commercial theatrical industry. Also essential are personal qualities which include having a positive attitude, being a detail-oriented problem-solver, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and having an excellent phone manner.

Dates & Availability

Position to start this Spring. Office hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, with extended or weekend hours when necessary.
