Seeking professional performers of all ethnicities.

Sabrina Fair
Playwright: Samuel A. Taylor
Director: Jean-Louis Baldet
Rehearsals begin May 21st 2019; Runs June 8-22nd. Four performances per week.

Linus Larabee Sr. -- Any ethnicity, 50s to 60s. Head of an incredibly wealthy family. Goes to funerals as a hobby. Taciturn, prone to tirades, but essentially courtly and graceful.
Maude Larabee -- Any ethnicity, 50s to 60s. Linus Sr.’s wife. She is elegant, direct, and rules of the family.

Sister Act
Music: Alan Menken
Lyrics: Glenn Slater
Book: Cheri Steinkellner and Bill Steinkellner.
Rehearsals begin June 11th.
Runs July 5th – 21st. Five performances per week.

Sister Mary Patrick – Female – Supporting. Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano. Any ethnicity. Between 35 and 50s. Mary Patrick is one of the more boisterous nuns. Young or just young-at-heart, she is consistently perky, enthusiastic, and easily excitable.
Monsignor O’Hara – Male – Supporting. Baritone. Between 40 and 60. The Monsignor will try anything to raise money to save the convent. Constantly concerned with financial matters, though soul music surprisingly puts him in a different mood.

The following AEA role is cast. Seeking possible emergency replacements only:

Mother Superior – Female – Lead. Mezzo-Soprano. Between early 50s to early 70s. Mother Superior is the head of the convent, sarcastic and a bit stiff. Extremely protective about keeping her sisters away from the outside world, which puts her in direct opposition to Deloris and her musical teachings.

From Interstate 95:
1. Traveling east on Glades Road, continue past the main campus entrance that is on 10th avenue. 2. Turn left into the secondary campus entrance at NW 13th Street, where there is a traffic light (once on the campus, it will be called E. University Drive).
3. Make the second left onto Arts Avenue
4. Continue along Arts Avenue to the parking lot on your right. Park at one of the meters.
5. It is a short walk (past the pond) to the theatre.

From Federal Highway:
1. Traveling west on Glades Road, prepare to make a right turn after 1.6 miles, onto NW 13th Street, where there is a traffic light (once in the campus, it will be called E. University Drive).
2. Make the second left onto Arts Avenue
3. Continue along Arts Avenue to the parking garage on your left side, or the parking lot on your right.
4. It is a short walk (past the pond) to the theatre.

After you have parked: Walk on Arts Ave. toward campus. After it turns to the left, look for the short bell tower on your right. (PA Building) Enter there and go past the Art Gallery. Wait in the lobby, and we will be with you shortly.

Prepare 32 bars of a Broadway song in the style of Sister Act and a 1 to 2-minute monologue suitable for Sabrina Fair, a 1953 romantic-comedy. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music in your key and two headshots and resumes

Minors must be accompanied by an adult
