Submissions from Equity members for the roles of WATSON and DR. EVANS.
Male, 40s to mid 50s, any ethinicity. Polite, reserved, detail oriented, everything you’d expect from Sherlock Holmes’ sidekick. However, he is also seemingly a bit at the end of his rope, having suffered many personal losses as of late. He presents himself as Watson in an unfamiliar role, that of the sidekick on his own. He displays a surprising fortitude to make a go of it without Sherlock and is several steps ahead of the situation at all times.
Male, early 40s to late 50s, any ethnicity. Silky and officious, he is the man in charge of an Asylum on an isolated island. No nonsense and intense, but with an English gentleman’s demeanor. His assertive charm is mysterious and commanding- and he is not, in fact, who he says he is.
