OVERVIEW 
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA), one of Lincoln Center’s eleven resident organizations, serves a unique role on the Lincoln Center campus, serving as the landlord of the sprawling 16-acre complex, overseeing day-to-day operations, security, and maintenance. This also includes the management of major construction and renovation projects, space rentals, and coordination of outdoor public events.  

LCPA is also a leading arts presenter, showcasing a dynamic array of music, dance, and theatre on its stages, curating the American Songbook, Great Performers, Mostly Mozart Festival, Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Out of Doors, White Light Festival, and David Rubenstein Atrium series as well as overseeing production for the PBS series, Live From Lincoln Center. 

Lastly, Lincoln Center Education (LCE), which is part of the LCPA umbrella, strives to help young people in New York develop skills in problem solving, collaboration, communication, imagination, and creativity through their engagement with the arts. In doing so, LCE works to develop teaching artists and oversees community, family, and school programming across the boroughs of New York City. 

Lincoln Center seeks a dynamic fundraiser to manage Lincoln Center’s Patrons program. Reporting to the Associate Director, Membership, the Manager, Patron Programs will be a key member of the organization’s development team and manage a portfolio of approximately 300 individual donors (each who contribute $3,000 - $10,000 annually) and prospects through the Patrons membership program. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser who enjoys working directly with donors to take ownership for growing a program. It is also the opportunity to join a team of strategic fundraisers during a period of rapid innovation.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Manage all acquisition, lapsed and upgrade campaigns. Collaborate with telemarketing, mailing house and creative teams as necessary.
• Research prospects and solicit gifts directly, collaborating with colleagues to frame the best and most compelling ask in alignment with donor interest and organizational priorities.
• Plan, compose, and track all renewal communication and individual follow up with donors as appropriate. 
• Fulfill membership benefits, coordinating with cross functional departments and Concierge Services when appropriate.
• Develop messaging and design for all materials related to Patron communication in collaboration with Creative Services and marketing.
• Administrate Patron records in donor database in collaboration with Development Operations, maintaining accuracy and providing data on Patrons donors to cross functional teams as requested.
• Plan 3-4 donor events per year in collaboration with programming and operations teams. Develop innovative event elements to further engage donors.

QUALIFICATIONS 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proven track record closing gifts from individual donors.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented with a strong ability to set priorities and work towards outcomes in an organized, strategic manner.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities.
• Interest, experience and/or enthusiasm for the arts.
• Experience utilizing fundraising CRM database, Clearview and/or Tessitura a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
