 Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $20/Hour

Description: Rodgers & Hammerstein seeks an energetic, detail-oriented temp to assist the Marketing and Business Development team in their day-to-day responsibilities and on-site event fulfillment duties.

Job Responsibilities: 


Media and Data Oversight: 
Prepare and organize files relating to web and social media content, update and maintain email and postal mailing lists, maintain marketing department archives, data entry, content creation, organizing and maintaining press and media coverage.

Research: Researching historical information on theatrical works.

Department Support: Support email marketing initiatives, marketing and business development administrative tasks, organize and store department materials, files and physical assets, other tasks as assigned, data analysis and report creation.

Requirements: Passion and knowledge for theater/performing arts/musical theater, detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, understanding of basic marketing principals and social media, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point (Microsoft Office Suite), experience with Photoshop, iMovie, Spotify, Pandora and HTML is a plus.
