SEEKING

SYNOPSIS:
Pablo, a high-powered lawyer, and doctoral candidate Tania, his very pregnant wife, are realizing the American dream when they purchase a house next door to community stalwarts Virginia and Frank. But a disagreement over a long-standing fence line soon spirals into an all-out (hilarious) war of taste, class, privilege, and entitlement.

BREAKDOWN

TANIA DEL VALLE:
Female-identifying, 29. Mexican-American. Smart, likable, positive, passionate, fit and highly energized pregnant PhD candidate and amateur gardener.

PABLO DEL VALLE:
Male-identifying, 31, Latinx. Smart, likeable, ambitious, savvy attorney. Eager to make partner in his law firm.

VIRGINIA BUTLEY:
Female-identifying, 55-65, Caucasian. Smart, likeable, assertive, direct, no- nonsense government engineer.

FRANK BUTLEY:
Male-identifying, 55-65, Caucasian. Smart, likeable, excitable, caring, detail-oriented. Federal employee and very avid gardener.
