A musical romp set in the 1960s about a woman defending her small home against the looming skyscrapers being built around her while stuck between two men who blur her perceptions between reality and fantasy.
GEORGINA: 30s. Mezzo. A imaginative antique dealer fighting for love and her building (ROLE CAST)
TIM: 30s, High Baritone. Clean cut architect with a goofy charm
ROGER: 30s Baritone. Georgina’s assistant. A handsome cinephile with a devious side. Portrays various, possibly absurd, iterations of himself.
BERT: 30s/40s, Baritone, Tim brother. A beaten down, less confident version of his brother
MRS ALLERTON plus : 50s/60s, Mezzo, Georgina’s nagging mother
MR. ALLERTON: 50s/60s, Baritone. A pushover of a husband
STANLEY: 30-50, Bass/Baritone. Construction site foreman. Comedic timing a plus.
CHARLOTTE: 20-30s, Soprano. Georgina’s sister with a strong personality.
MALE AND FEMALE ENSEMBLE: 20s to 30s to play various featured roles. MUST be good singers and dancers
