DESCRIPTION

Baseline Theatrical is looking for a detail-oriented individual to come on board as the Office Coordinator. Responsibilities will include supporting the General Managers and Executive Assistant through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and scheduling. The office coordinator is expected to provide support for the office and its employees to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.  Applicant should be comfortable with the following:

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls for the office

  • Maintain Baseline filing system

  • Manage General Managers’ Tony voter schedule 

  • Submit and fulfill all General Managers’ house seat requests

  • Update General Managers’ desk calendar

  • Manage conference room schedule

  • Facilitate office mail, including weekly pouches to Hamilton tours

  • Help supervise Baseline intern

  • Stock office supply room and snacks

  • Support Company Manager of Audible Theater with opening nights, press performances, and when needed

  • Assume Executive Assistant responsibilities when needed

 

Requirements:

  • General interest and knowledge of the theatre industry

  • Recent completion of undergraduate degree

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization & communication skills 

  • Have a “no job too big or too small” mentality
