101 is transforming college STEM education with a next-generation active learning platform and we are seeking a Customer Success Associate to help support and grow our customer base of instructors and students.
At 101, Sales Associates are integral to establishing and maintaining successful relationships with our customers. This is a unique role where you will determine your own hours and report to the head of the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails Presenting our company to potential clients Understand our customer’s needs and create ways to target those specific needs Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Managers Work in Salesforce to track lead progress
You’d be a good fit if:
• You are a quick and clear communicator (must be highly proficient in English) • You have the ability to manage your own time and be diligent with follow-ups • You have a high level of empathy and you can quickly grasp the issues professors, students and administrators are facing. • You have a passion for education/technology and are excited to be a part of a fast-growing SaaS company • You have a good track record of completing sales quotas • Have experience using CRM software • Bonus points if you bring 1+ years of sales experience in any field where you had direct contact with potential customers via phone and email. Technology and start-ups are a plus.
