The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) seeks a highly organized individual to provide the Marketing & Communications and Development departments with ongoing campaign support services and to administer the Business Project Service Desk.
Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, fulfilling requests for customer list generation, generating reports, and SQL queries. Coordinating the request intake and solutions for the business solutions service desk. Additionally, this role will be assisting the Audience Insight Analyst in designing and implementing improved data and analysis tools in support of informed decision-making across the organization. A high school diploma is required along with three years of experience in project coordination and working with a CRM. Also required are strong Excel skills; strong organization, time-management, and communication skills; basic understanding of data visualization and standard chart types; basic understanding of relational database structure; novice SQL skills. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.
