If you are someone with PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE and a PASSION FOR THE ARTS, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate, record-breaking fundraising team at Carnegie Hall!
We are seeking candidates who are personable, results driven, and PASSIONATE!
You must also be able to follow a script, be receptive to coaching, be able to overcome objections and CONFIDENTLY CLOSE SALES.
SALES AND/OR TELEFUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; background in the performing arts highly preferred.
If hired, you MUST:
*Be available for paid training on Monday, October 14, from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, AND on Tuesday, October 15, from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (both days)
*Be available to begin work immediately
*Be able to work 20 hours per week, split over five 4-hour shifts on five different days. Evening shifts are available Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM; morning shifts are available Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
*Have basic computer literacy and a professional phone manner.
NO COLD CALLING! You will be calling Carnegie Hall audience members and donors.
Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses (Callers on average earn $19 per hour. Callers exceeding expectations earn between $20 - $40 per hour.). Plus, access to see some of the world's top orchestras rehearse, and comp tickets for select Carnegie Hall performances!
