Classics on the Rocks is looking for a replacement Stage Manager for their currently in rehearsal production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Rehearsals are Friday's from 7-10 and Sunday's 1-5 in June/July. Performances run July 12, 13, 19, 20, and 21.

What we'd ask from you:
Participate in mid-show check-ins with production and executive team
Provide short rehearsal reports following every rehearsal (we will provide a template for this)
Take note of blocking and prop movements during rehearsal process
Manage time and schedule in rehearsal room - ensure break schedule and equity standards are upheld
Be first point of contact for cast for scheduling issues/ running late/etc.
Be on book for actors during off-book stumble through's
Assist with tech in space 
Work closely with director and production manager to ensure all production needs are met

During the show:
Set up theater space
Assist with dressing room and prop table set-up
Run fight call (with fight choreographer)
Run lighting and sound cues during the show (we will train on light board as needed)
Shut down board and ensure space is reset
Assist with strike.

This position is perfect for someone looking to get started with stage management or begin building their resume. A small travel stipend will be provided.

Our rehearsals have already started.

The remaining schedule is:
Friday's 7-10pm /Sunday's 1-5pm 
Dates are: June 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, July 5, July 7 
Tech/Dress rehearsals are Monday July 8 - Thurs July 11 from 6-10pm
Shows run July 12, 13, 19, 20 @7PM and July 21 @5PM
