New York's leading Theater Concessionaire is seeking entry level Managers and Supervisors for our Broadway and Off-Broadway theaters. This is a great opportunity to learn about front-of-house operations for those with an interest in Venue Operations Management and Theater/Arts Administration. Required availability is a minimum of 5 shifts a week including evenings, weekends and matinees.. The ideal candidate is a responsible self-starter and team player with an outgoing attitude and excellent communication skills. The ability to provide outstanding hospitality is required. Prior supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus. NYC Food Protection Card is required. Duties include staff supervision, inventory control and ordering, maintaining facilities within health code and acting as a liaison between the company and the venue.
