Ticketing Services Manager
Tony award winning theatre Paper Mill Playhouse, Millburn NJ, just seventeen miles from NYC, is in search of a Ticketing Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of Communications, Marketing and Membership, the Ticketing Services Manager manages all ticket operations, including: Box Office, Subscriptions, Group Sales and Telesales. The Manager of Ticketing Services is the primary administrator of the computerized ticketing system (Tessitura) and implements all policies and procedures to ensure excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
