The Brad Simon Organization, Inc., a New York City booking agency specializing in touring theatrical, family and music entertainment is seeking a highly motivated self-starter with excellent organization, communication, computer and telephone skills.
Daily activities include contract preparation and administration, maintenance of contact database, answering phones, shipping of promotional materials, general office manager duties and interaction with agents, artists, producers and venues.
Opportunity for promotion to an agent position for the indiviual possessing appropriate sales skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and database software contact management is a prerequisite. The position requires the ability to balance multiple competing demands, set priorities and work with diplomacy and efficiency. Attention to detail and an excellent memory are mandatory.
Undergraduate degree required. Prior experience in the live entertainment industry preferred.
