3STC is in search of a qualified person to become its new Director of Development. This position will be one of the senior management positions in this new and growing theatre company. Duties will include establishing a development office while working closely with the Artistic and Executive Directors, the staff, and the Board of Directors to develop and implement fundraising strategies including public and private giving along with corporate and foundation support. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary individual who is interested in playing an essential role in establishing 3STC as an important part of the Tri-State Theatre Scene. This position is absolutely ideal for a new college grad or someone with a mix appropriate experience, knowledge and passion. To start, the director will be compensated with a fee to be determined upon contract signing and based upon money raised!
