Paper Mill Playhouse, a 1200-seat, year-round, not-for-profit theatre in Millburn, New Jersey, producing musicals and plays, seeks a Marketing Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing department activities, including: all advertising efforts (print, broadcast, web, OOH); all direct response efforts (oversee list management and develop all collateral materials) ; website development and maintenance; Supervise Marketing Associates. Reports to the Director of Marketing. Bachelor’s Degree required (coursework in Communications, Marketing or Design a plus). Minimum of five years of demonstrated marketing experience in the cultural arts a must. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and generate creative ideas, and will have illustrated examples of these past activities in marketing work. Excellent written and verbal skills are essential. Attention to detail is a must.
