The Queens Players [Resident Co at The Secret Theatre] are seeking a female director for Midsummer for an Equity Showcase production, rehearsing Aug/Sept for a Sept/Oct run at The Secret Theatre. We are looking for a fresh approach to this well loved classic.

The Queens Players in association with the Secret Theater is seeking female applicants to direct a new production of William Shakespeare’s "A Midsummer Night’s Dream." Producer states: "Founded in 2005 by Richard Mazda the Queens Players is a not-for-profit theatrical company at the forefront of the developing LIC art scene. Primarily focusing on classical material, the company presents these works to a modern audience with vibrancy, creativity and edge in a way that is thought provoking, accessible to a modern audience, and visually unique."
