Bay Street Theatre is seeking interns for Marketing, Development/Special Events and Box Office interns.
Marketing Intern: Assist Marketing Director with all marketing, advertising and public relations projects. Help create posters, postcards, flyers and distribute, etc. Must be proficient in Photoshop and general computer skills. May also assist with general errands, copying, filing, special events, etc. May also have running crew duties.
Administrative/Development Assistant:Assist in all office and administrative matters, particularly development. Duties include, but are not limited to: mailings, filing, copying, answering phones, running errands, processing contracts, data entry and assistance with special events. May also have running crew duties.
Box Office: Assist in Box Office, including tickets sales, data entry, copying and filing. May also have running crew duties.
A weekly salary as well as shared housing will be provided.
Available May to September. Personal transportation is required for some and suggested for all.
