Target Margin Theater seeks a Summer 2013 Intern.

Interns will work intimately with the Artistic Director, Artistic Producer, & Management Fellow as we curate material and prepare the launch of our 2013/2014 Season. Last season we introduced our audiences to the wealth and diversity of Yiddish theater and in 2013/2014 we continue this multi-season exploration.

Duties include but are not limited to: creating social media content, updating our website, sending e-blasts, blogging, working on audience outreach initiatives, office maintenance, archiving materials, prop warehouse madness, grant writing & development research. The internship is a rigorous hands-on experience in theater management and artistic creation. You'll learn everything from arts management to crisis management. Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and think quickly on your feet.

Strong writing skills and experience with Photoshop / HTML Knowledge a plus.

10-20 hr a week commitment

$20/wk Travel Stipend.
