The intern program is designed to provide emerging entertainment professionals with an opportunity to further their understanding of the performing arts industry, gain exposure to industry contacts and resources, and develop their administrative tools. Interns are required to make a weekly time commitment to the studios, where they assist in various initiatives at the facility. In exchange for hours worked, interns receive credits that can be applied towards studio usage. There is no monetary compensation, however, the intern program is the primary hiring pool for the studio management team, and interns are first-in-line for work opportunities that arise at the studios. Responsibilities and activities include:
Reception of clients
Answering phones and sorting client requests
Taking payments for studios and concessions
Cleaning & signage
Data entry
Research
General facilitation of client needs
