The Development Manager coordinates and manages all aspects of fundraising – including institutional, major individual donors, small-level donors, and sponsorships – and is the key staff member responsible for documenting, tracking, and reporting fundraising activities.
Education/Skills Required:
• BA or Equivalent.
• 3 years experience working in the field of fundraising or development.
• Experience within the non-for-profit theatre world strongly preferred.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting experience and skills.
• The ability to utilize common sense in problem solving techniques.
• The ability to work calmly in a high-pressure fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, GoogleDocs.
