Client Services Representative -- Support Team

This is an entry-level position; recent college grads are encouraged to apply.

We're looking for someone to join our Client Services team and help provide support for our two main products: PatronMail & PatronManager CRM. You can learn more about PatronManager here:http://patrontechnology.com/patronmanagercrm/. Our clients are mostly arts & culture organizations: theatres, orchestras, dance companies, museums. They use our products to run their business (sell tickets, accept donations, send e-mails, etc.).

"Providing support" means answering their questions and solving their problems. We do this mostly by e-mail, but sometimes it's just easier, faster, and better to get on the phone, so you need to feel equally comfortable with both modes of communication (i.e. you're a great writer and also have an awesome phone presence). If you can't express yourself clearly in writing, or the thought of talking to someone on the phone makes you uncomfortable, this isn't the job for you.

We're in the technology business, so while this is not specifically a "technical" position, you need to have above-average proficiency with using computers, and not be at all intimidated by learning new things. Do you love trying out new apps on your smartphone? Do your relatives come to you with their computer problems? Have you ever built your own website, or even just customized a Tumblr template? The kind of person we're looking for will be able to say yes to questions like these.

Beyond that, if you have experience actually using PatronMail or PatronManager, that would certainly be helpful, and/or Salesforce.com experience would be a major plus – PatronManager is built on the Salesforce platform.

All that said – it's important to us that you have an interest in, love for, and/or experience with arts and culture organizations. What's ultimately going to make you great at this job is your ability to connect with the people who need your help.

This is an entry-level position; recent college grads are encouraged to apply. Entry-level salary, full health insurance paid 100% by company, and 401K.
