The Road Company, a theatrical booking agency, is currently seeking a full-time Booking Associate. Our exclusive representation includes Wicked, Once, Annie, Kinky Boots, Evita, Peter and the Starcatcher, Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles, Rock of Ages and David Copperfield.

Prior experience in commercial or not-for-profit theatre is a plus, but is not required – this can be an entry-level position. Ideal candidate should have strong social skills, excellent organizational abilities and be detail oriented. The applicant should be prepared to make a long-term commitment to a company with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities will include assisting in routing, selling and negotiating engagements for all types of tours – union and non-union and multi-week and one-nighter.

Salary commensurate with experience. Full individual healthcare provided after two months employment and 401K with employer-matching benefits after one year.
