The Lake Placid Center for the Arts, a multi-disciplinary Art Center located in New York’s Adirondack Park, is seeking an experienced Director of Audience and Donor Services. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Audience and Donor Services will be responsible for creating/implementing procedures for the Development and Front of House departments with an aim to enhance the patron/donor experience and increase revenue. Specific responsibilities may include: managing ticket operations; create ticket selling policies and procedures; assist in the development of patron, subscription and single ticket campaigns, and manage these campaigns once launched; create and implement plans and strategies to achieve contributed revenue goals with a focus on Major Gifts and Sponsorships; develop relationships with community groups and local businesses; revamp Donor recognition program; and cultivate potential donors.
