A mid-sized, full-service advertising agency, located in Manhattan is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive with at least 4 years of professional work experience. This individual will seamlessly complement our Account Service team and collaborate effectively with the production, creative and media departments. The Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day project management including (but not limited to):
- Managing timelines and estimates, and ensuring that all materials receive appropriate approvals and are released on time
- Responding to client and internal requests quickly and effectively
- Keeping detailed, clearly-labeled records of ads, art development, trade allocations, buys/insertion orders, etc.
- Managing production billing and actualizing budgets
The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized and possess the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The idea candidate must also have the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or in a client-side marketing department with advertising agency contact.
- Experience in the entertainment/arts industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field of study
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications
