Steps on Broadway is interviewing immediately for a Part-Time Facilities Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Effectively managing team of Work Study Students
•Managing and maintaining the daily facilities maintenance schedule while meeting/exceeding quality control standards
•Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs as necessary
•Acting as House Manager for Shows held on location
•Acting as Point Person for Events held on location
•Closing studio as per standard operational procedures
•Ordering maintenance and cleaning supplies, monitoring on-hand inventory and running errands as necessary
•Completing miscellaneous administrative, data entry and clerical work
•Performing various tasks when needed to maintain studio maintenance schedule
•Other projects as assigned
The ideal candidate will have experience performing general facilities maintenance, repair tasks and the ability to operate power/manual tools and light equipment. Also requires strong management skills, coupled with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with Steps on Broadway a plus.
Work Schedule/Hours
*Monday thru Friday 8:00pm – Midnight
*If preferred, a 4 night schedule may be considered
