Job description:
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated person with front desk experience and excellent communication skills. Our boutique studio requires someone who is comfortable in an extremely fast-paced fitness environment. The studio strives to bring an elite physical experience to all of our clients and we need someone who is willing to share and build upon this goal. The candidate should like to work with people and be highly self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
•Represent our studio with a high level of customer service and positivity during all situations
•Manage telephone calls from current and prospective clients
•Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and trainers
•Work with other attendants and management to maintain high fitness culture
•Monitor class attendance while preparing end of day participation
•Effectively handle various types of payment from clients and trainers
