SERINO/COYNE is a full-service advertising agency specializing in entertainment and theatre-related accounts. We are part of Omnicom Group Inc., a leading global communications company. We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive who is passionate and motivated about their work, and who has, at least, four (4) years of professional work experience in the digital advertising realm. This individual must be a reliable, highly organized and detail oriented self-starter who can plan ahead, multi-task and work under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Include, but are not limited to the following):
• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing.
• Theater and/or entertainment experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/communications or relevant field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to plan ahead, multi-task and work under pressure with constant awareness of deadlines.
• Must be able to manage a large volume of work while retaining focus on details.
• Must be flexible and receptive to changing priorities.
• Able to identify problems and offer appropriate/effective solutions.
• General sense of aesthetics.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to the following):
• Lead all facets of project management including planning, developing, and implementing client’s digital initiatives and strategies.
• Review actuals and prepare reconciliations. Maintain consistent communication with the client and alert senior management as budgetary issues/concerns arise.
• Prepare the agenda for each client meeting. Collaborate with the Account team on proper preparation of meeting materials. Prepare by anticipating and gathering any relevant information. Present effectively with confidence and ability to articulate objectives, opportunities and techniques. Assist in running both client and internal meetings.
• Assist in developing annual digital media plans under the supervision of senior level Account staff to achieve strategic and financial goals by providing clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals.
• Ensure accurate billing and actualization of budgets weekly, adjust budget based on the needs of the account, and work with appropriate departments to obtain estimates and ensure they fit within the budget.
• Stay abreast of present, current and future industry trends to maintain positive client relationships, as well as work internally to build relationships across all departments.
• Confer with clients to provide digital marketing, media, and strategic advice, evaluate account needs on a day-to-day basis and make recommendations, research new opportunities and write/present proposals to supervisor and client.
• Create and supervise timelines for production of all materials, coordinate activities between Agency’s finance department and clients/vendors, and act as a client/Agency liaison among all Agency depts.
• Follow market sales trends determine the specific digital needs of each account, track success of discounts to determine effectiveness, seek out new opportunities and present to client if deemed appropriate.
