We are a small, energetic team producing high quality sets and displays for clients in the retail and entertainment industries. We are looking for an experienced scenic painter and motivated self-starter for our busy Red Hook Brooklyn shop. The right candidate must:

• Have extensive knowledge of scenic painting and surface techniques (i.e. texturing, aging, distressing, faux finishing, etc.)

• Maintain high quality standards while meeting fast-paced deadlines
• Be skilled sanding and preparing surfaces for finish, using filler where necessary to achieve smooth surfaces.

• Demonstrate excellent shop etiquette and safety awareness
