Dynamic company specializing in groundbreaking immersive theatrical productions, unique nightclubs and upscale dining venues seeks interns for a variety of upcoming projects. Theatrical or entertainment experience is strongly recommended, but not required.
Based in NYC, but with a worldwide reach, we are looking for smart, motivated, and responsible interns with awesome problem solving skills, great communication skills and the ability to prioritize, manage your time and adapt quickly in an exciting and evolving environment.
Seeking interns in the following areas:
PRODUCING & GENERAL MANAGEMENT
o Assist the producing/GM team with overall organizational and administration functions, including planning, finance, business affairs, ticketing, sales and communications systems
MARKETING & PR
o Assist the marketing & PR team with the planning and execution of non-traditional (and some traditional) marketing initiatives focusing on social media, email marketing & online initiatives
o Must be proficient with technology and active on Facebook & Twitter
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
o Assist the creative team with the development of new work, including research, script editing/updating, and facilitating workshops
o Also looking for graphic design interns with PhotoShop and/or InDesign experience
PRODUCTION
o Assist the design & production team with the physical build & installation of elaborate, highly designed environments and productions
o Seeking experience in all production disciplines including scenic, props, lighting, sound, special effects & costume
Our interns will work 3-5 day workweek (22-28 hours) and we are looking for a 10-12 week commitment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Dropbox is required.
