Stewart Talent New York's Commercial Department is seeking a full time intern. This internship provides an amazing opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry from a thriving talent agency in New York City. Our intern will work directly with agents on a variety of projects in the commercial & voice-over department.
We are seeking a passionate, hardworking, motivated, organized individual who is interested in helping us grow our clients careers. Previous office administrative experience is important, as well as an interest in commercials and voice-overs.
Candidates must have attention to detail, a professional & pleasant demeanor, basic computer skills and a desire to learn. We are looking for someone to make at least a four month commitment.
Intern duties will include but are not limited to greeting clients, scheduling auditions, prepping script copy and contracts, assisting in the operations of our voice-over booth, data entry, and general commercial department office maintenance. The right candidate will be proactive and interested in making a tangible difference in the active growth of Stewart Talents Commercial Department. There is the possibility of growth with in the company.
Compensation will be $200 a month in addition to an unlimited monthly metro card.
Stewart Talent has offices in New York, Chicago and Atlanta. The New York office represents actors for theatre, film, television, commercials & voice-overs, as well as directors. In a little over eight years, the New York office has grown from a 2 person operation to a vibrant office with a 10 person staff.
