87AM is looking for an experienced digital account director to run a large, high-volume theatrical account out of our New York office. This person needs to be a digital client service rockstar, anticipating needs left and right and always maintaining an excellent relationship at all times. This person must be able to coordinate campaign efforts seamlessly with all internal teams (media, accounts, creative, etc.) as well as the client.
Skills & Experience Required:
3-5+ years managing digital accounts and a team of digital planner/buyers, ad traffickers and social community managers
Expert-level knowledge of media planning and buying, ad trafficking, ad serving, SEM and media reporting against digital media campaigns
Understanding of process behind flash and video banner creative
Excellent communication skills under high-pressure situations both internally and externally
Expertise in managing expectations against timelines and project delivery
Extreme interest in digital media emerging technology
Confidence in advising clients on campaign performance, setting KPIs and goals and motivating a team to over deliver against client expectations
Ability to increase potential earnings from the account with revenue-increasing initiatives and forward thinking
Management of large budgets, including overseeing invoicing against projects and media spends
Skills & Experience Preferred:
Working knowledge of MediaMind, DSPs, Facebook Ad Exchange, Search Retargeting and CPA campaigns
Extensive vendor contacts and relationships across various digital platforms/publishers
Understanding of and preferably previous experience working in web development, social media and content management
5+ years of project management experience
