New York's leading Theater Concessionaire is seeking Managers for our Broadway and Off-Broadway theaters. This is a great opportunity to learn about front-of-house operations for those with an interest in a Theater/Arts Administration career. Applicants must be available to work an 8-show week. The ideal candidate is a responsible self-starter and team player with an outgoing attitude and excellent communication skills. The ability to provide outstanding hospitality is required. Prior management experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus as is experience managing a small staff. NYC Food Protection Card is required. Duties include, but are not limited to, staff supervision, inventory control and ordering, maintaining facilities within health code and acting as a liaison between the company and the venue. Managers are required to bartend for each show. Training is paid and will begin immediately.
