Aurora Productions is current seeking applications for their Production Coordinator Position. The Production Coordinator reports to the partners of the firm and is responsible for overseeing day to day planning and operations, providing office based support for Aurora’s shows, fulfilling the roll of the Office Manager, liaison to Aurora’s IT company and HR/Payroll company amongst many other administrative responsibilities. The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the seasonal internship program as well.
Former Company Management and / or Production Management skills are a plus. Candidate should have extensive planning, scheduling and budgeting experience. Must be Mac proficient with superior knowledge of Word, Excel, and Filemaker.
