Protesters at Feb. 22 Matinee of 33 Variations
A small group of protesters held a peaceful demonstration outside Broadway's Eugene O'Neill theatre before the Feb. 22 matinee of the Moisés Kaufman play 33 Variations. The protesters, which included members of the Vietnam Veterans Association and the Gathering of Eagles, were demonstrating against Variations star Jane Fonda's opposition to the Vietnam War in the 1960's.
