Consul General of the Philippines Celebrates Lea Salonga's Return to Broadway Ambassador and Mrs. Mario L. De Leon Jr., Consul General of the Philippines held a cocktail reception for Lea Salonga celebrating her return to Broadway on September 15. Allegiance is scheduled to begin previews Oct. 6 at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street) prior to an official opening Nov. 8.
