Highlights From Stick Fly, Presented by Alicia Keys
Serving as producer and composer of the original score, Grammy winner Alicia
Keys brings Stick Fly to Broadway's Cort Theatre. Set during a
three-day summer weekend on Martha's Vineyard, the LeVay family is forced to
reassess itself when two adult sons (Mekhi Phifer and Dulé Hill) introduce
their significant others (Rosie Benton and Tracie Thoms) to the family
patriarch (Tony winner Ruben Santiago Hudson) for the first time. Ideas of
race, rivalry, class and identity explode onstage in Lydia R. Diamond's
comedy exploring the complex modern world. Kenny Leon (Fences, The
Mountaintop) directs. For more on the production, click here.
