The Bizarre Fantasy of The Feast: an intimate Tempest

Caliban (Adrian Danzig) and the spirit Ariel (Samuel Taylor) are commanded by Prospero (John Judd) to retell the story of The Tempest, which brought him to the island where he now rules over them. Co-created and co-directed by Jessica Thebus and Frank Maugeri, The Feast: an intimate Tempest is a hand-crafted puppet, animation and music-rich take on Shakespeare's tale, presented Upstairs at Chicago Shakespeare through March 11.
