— met the press to discuss the Broadway bound-play. Rudd and Arrington play Steve and Sara, a couple who head south with the dream of creating a chain of gospel-themed motels. When they run into disturbed rocket scientist Sam (Shannon) and prickly exterminator Karl (Asner), the couple's neatly organized life is thrown into chaos. Dealing in themes of religion and spirituality, Craig Wright’s humor-flecked drama seeks to entertain as well as create a forum in which the meaning of human existence is questioned.
