Alicia Silverstone, Cheyenne Jackson, Henry Winkler and The Performers Bare All For the Press

The cast of The Performers met the press to speak about the new David West Read play. The romantic comedy tells the story of two couples —married adult film stars, Mandrew and Peeps (Cheyenne Jackson and Ari Graynor) and high school sweethearts, Sara and Lee (Alicia Silverstone and Daniel Breaker) — who find their relationships in crisis on the night of the annual Adult Film Awards. Chuck Wood, the "hardest-working man in the business," (Henry Winkler) must then step in and serve as a catalyst to keep the couples intact. Directed by Evan Cabnet, the production begins performances at the Longacre Theatre on Oct. 23. For more on the show, click here.
