Highlights From Falling, a Play About Autism and Unconditional Love

A family rides the daily challenges of raising an autistic son whose behavior — loving, curious and focused — includes eruptions of violence in the New York City premiere of Deanna Jent's Falling, at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre. While the play raises questions about how the "system" strands families touched by autism, it also speaks to the darkest imaginings and universal truths of challenged parents. Daniel Everidge gives an arresting performance as son Josh, with Julia Murney as the frazzled mom. For more, visit FallingPlay.com.
